We will always ensure people are provided with the right training and support. For most newcomers this means they’ll get in-depth training, with opportunities to practice for themselves, and then the chance to sit in and watch more experienced people for a few weeks until they’re ready to start running things on their own.
For folk with some existing experience, we’re always happy to show them our specific setup, walk through certain areas they’re less confident about, or provide hands-on mentoring to help them develop themselves in specific ways.
